Group Hypnobirthing course

By Purchasing this course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Welcome to House of Hypnobirthing! By enrolling on a course with us you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure a structured, safe and effective learning experience. By purchasing the course, you acknowledge and accept that the terms and conditions outlined below constitute a legally binding contract between you and House of Hypnobirthing. Services are provided by a certified, experienced and insured Hypnobirthing teacher.

1. Payment

  • Full payment for the course must be received prior to attending the course. Your booking is only confirmed once payment is received. Payment is charged for a full course, not for individual sessions. House of Hypnobirthing is unable to give refunds for any sessions missed or cancelled by the client and cannot guarantee alternative dates.

2. Course Dates and Attendance

  • The dates for the course are set and non-negotiable. If you are unable to attend a session, you will not be added to another session, except at the discretion of the course provider. If an alternative date is offered, it will be subject to availability and must be agreed upon by both parties.

3. Cancellation policy

  • The course is non-refundable once purchased.

  • If unforeseen circumstances arise, exceptions may be considered at my discretion.

  • In the event of the unexpected birth of your baby before the course has been completed, a refund for the sessions missed will be given. No refund will be given for the sessions already taken.

  • In the unlikely event that House of Hypnobirthing cancels the course, every attempt will be made to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, or alternative dates cannot be agreed upon, a full refund of the total fee will be provided. No refund will be made for sessions already taken.

4. Course delivery

  • In the event that the in-person course cannot take place due to factors such as extreme weather or government guidelines (e.g., lockdowns or restrictions), the course will either be rescheduled or conducted over a live video link.

5. Medical Disclaimer

  • Participants understand the content of the Hypnobirthing course is not intended to be taken as medical advice.

  • All courses, sessions and products offered by House of Hypnobirthing are designed to teach an individual to use their own natural abilities to bring their mind and body into a state of relaxation.

  • The content of any sessions is no way intended to be represented as medical advice.

  • Any health-related or pregnancy related concerns should be discussed with your midwife/GP/healthcare provider.

  • House of Hypnobirthing cannot be held responsible for any decisions you make regarding your pregnancy or birth.

  • House of Hypnobirthing is not responsible for any special circumstances or adverse outcomes that could arise as a result of an individuals pregnancy, labour or birth.

  • Participation in a Hypnobirthing course does not guarantee a specific birth outcome. The techniques taught are tools to support and empower you during pregnancy and birth, but outcomes may vary.

  • The resources provided during the course are for your personal use only. They should not be shared or distributed to third parties. These materials do not constitute medical advice and are provided solely to support your Hypnobirthing experience.
